About Deanna

 I bring nearly a decade of hands-on experience supporting real estate professionals behind the scenes. My background includes transaction coordination, CRM management, marketing support, and operational oversight, as well as leading and supporting a real estate team of five. I understand how real estate businesses function day-to-day, from compliance and timelines to the systems that keep everything moving smoothly. This experience allows me to step in quickly, work independently, and support agents with confidence and discretion. 

 Beyond real estate, my experience includes serving as an office administrator for a landscaping company and running my own pediatric sleep consulting business. These roles strengthened my skills in organization, communication, scheduling, client care, and business operations. Working across different industries has shaped a practical, adaptable approach to supporting businesses of all sizes.

 Event planning is where strategy and creativity meet , and it’s one of my favourite areas of support. I’ve planned and executed client appreciation events, business lunches, holiday parties, and fundraising initiatives. From logistics and invitations to follow-up and execution, I enjoy creating events that strengthen relationships and leave a lasting impression.

 Connection and care are at the heart of everything I do. Before entering real estate full-time, I worked as a pediatric sleep consultant, supporting families virtually, a foundation that continues to shape how I work today. I’m a wife and a mom of two boys, and family life has reinforced the importance of organization, communication, and follow-through in everything I take on. I’m also deeply involved in my communityand proudly support Children’s Miracle Network through ongoing fundraising efforts. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, hosting friends and family, working as Chair of the Parent Committee for my children's school  and spending time with my boys ... often at the baseball field or music lessons!
